One aide, the same days each week · (954) 388-1640

About Home Care Oakland Park

A small office arranging non-clinical care at home, built around one commitment that is easy to make and hard to keep: the same aide, the same days.

What we actually do

Non-clinical care inside people's own homes across central Broward: help washing and dressing, moving safely between rooms, meals cooked and eaten with somebody there, enough housekeeping to keep a home working, and hours of plain company.

No premises to attend and no nursing. If something turns out to need a clinician we say so plainly and send the household to a provider who can — which loses us a booking and is the only honest reply.

An AHCA licence stands behind the arrangement and ACHC accreditation puts the training records and the supervision in front of an outside examiner rather than simply describing them. Both matter mostly because they are what let us promise one aide and then keep the promise when a week goes wrong.

How the promise survives a bad week

01

Gaps are not filled with whoever is spare

The reserve aide for a household is decided in advance and introduced in advance. An unfamiliar face arriving unannounced is the failure this office is organised to prevent.

02

The rota is held by a person

Not by software hunting for the nearest open slot. Somebody who knows which households are fragile decides what moves and what stays put.

03

Supervisors come to the house

Oversight from a desk does not catch a transfer that looks awkward or a meal that keeps going back. Whoever holds your plan watches the work being done.

04

The plan is corrected by you

It goes to the household in writing before anybody works to it, and corrections come back more often than not. That is the point of sending it.

Four questions for any agency

Who exactly is coming. Who covers when they are away. Were both introduced beforehand. Who supervises them, and has that supervisor ever been inside the house.

Begin with the temperament

Not the diagnosis. Who they are, and who they would put up with in the kitchen.
